Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On January 13, 2025, Aehr Test Systems, a California corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for its second quarter of fiscal year 2025 ended on November 29, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
